Here's my problem.................?

I had a sore throat one day with a stuffy nose and thick green phlegm. I went to the doctor and I had a small case of strep throat. She put me on Keflex for 10 days. After the 10 days my sore throat came back along with my stuffiness. I have had a sore throat for like 3 weeks and I am so sick of it! I don't know what to do. HELP! I noticed when I spend time outside-mowing, playing with my kids, whatever-my sore throat gets worse. DON'T tell me I have allergies and to get over it-I'm serious. I have never had allergies real bad and I have never had a sore throat for a month!
