My Fiance has depression and addiction to vicodin, i have confronted him and offered my help, i'm lost.?

We have been together for two very wonderful years, and got engaged in december. I had to move about an hour away for a few months in january and our relationship started deteriorating (absence didn't make the heart grow fonder) I returned to the home we now live in together, set up doctors appointments for the addiction, Help him whenever he may need it - I bend over backwards for him. While he has been condescending, ignoring me, treating me horribly. I am feeling very unappreciated. I am not sure what else I can do.
