How come techno DJs never play their popular songs?

Serously, you love ther songs on rado and the cD yet when it come sto playing them live, no..all you get are random beats, the songs with any kind of lyric s never played. So annoy. Paul Van Dyk is so guilty of this. any popular dj that I might know and like that DONT have this annoying habit?
