How to get a boy child in harvest moon ds cute?I'm planning on marrying trent! YAY!!?

If you marry Trent your child's coloring and gender will be completely random. And unfortunately the gender is set as soon as you get married. So if you end up having a girl there is no way to change it. If you really want a boy there is one thing you can do to make sure you get the gender you want but it will only work if you have an open file. What you do is a few days before your wedding save in both file slots. Then play the first file and as soon as you get married save. After that just keep going to sleep until you have your baby. If it is a girl go to the second file the one that isn't married and use it to save over the first file. Then just start over and remember you have to save after you get married so can restart from that point once you have a file that is going to have a boy. But make sure you only save in one of the files otherwise you won't be able to try again if both files end up having girls. Once you get a file that is going to have a boy all you do is turn off your game without saving and reload from your last save point which should be the day after your wedding. Then you can just play normally from there and will eventually give birth to a boy. I hope this isn't to confusing it is kind of hard to explain.
