How to run away when you need a prescription?

Please, no sanctimonious speeches. I need a prescription to treat chronic pain in my leg, but I'm interested in ditching my old life subtly. I'm not a minor but with all the catalogued information involved in getting a prescription, I'm kind of worried that my location might be revealed.
