What would Jim Haslett be like as a Redskin DC?

Jim Haslett is one of the hot names for the Redskins job. I know a little about him, but want to know more. Can someone with alot of knowledge of him tell me what to expect from him? What kind of schemes does he favor? I know he did 3-4 in Pittsburgh in the late 90s, but what about some of his other stops like NO, STL, etc.? Weren't they 4-3 defenses? I hear he is a fiery yeller type? Is he a high quality DC like Capers and LeBeau who are also from that Blitzburgh style?
