What is the best cold medicine for stuffy head, runny nose, sore throat, and chest congestion?

Having a cold really sucks as there isnt alot that you can really do make it go away. I am suprised that Sudafed isnt helping as that is what I use to ease symptoms. Also take some Ibuprofen. You've just got to stick it out and hopefully you should be feeling better soon.
