Whats with that mini giraffe?

Can anyone tell me what country the mini giraffe was developed in. I know its a crossbread between a diraffe and somethin but i dont know what that somethin is. if you can tell me thatd be great but i really want so please tell me hwere they are native to. i know i saw one in that direct tv commercial. maybe thatd help.
